I bought swift lock hickory chestnut laminate in May. I researched and asked about the best floors that would not scratch. I was told that these floors would be scratched with a nail but they would endure kids and a dog. 3months later I have fine white scratches every where I look. What can be done? I am very frustrated, thinking I was getting a high quality product! Please respond promptly. I expect a solution.
