Expecting baby #1!!!

I had severe pre-eclampsia and delivered my baby via C-section at 30 weeks gestation. It has been 10 days, my blood pressure continues to be high, and I am taking Lebetalol. My feet are still swollen, I am trying to drink water and hoping this will go away but I am getting sick of it! Is the high blood pressure contributing? Should I call the doctor or wait it out? I have an incision check on Monday so if this isn't something imperative I won't bother them until then...
