a few months ago i was getting really sharp pains in the lower abdomen, it would just come on out of the blue and id freeze i wouldn't be able to move until the pain had gone. sometimes it'd be there "coming and going" for a few weeks, and sometimes nothing for a few weeks. also i don't know if it helps but my periods were all over the place as well. i went to the doctor but she only did a few tests. and i hadn't had anymore pain so i didn't go back for more when the first set where fine. but now iv started getting those sharp pains Again coming and going just like before, and as usual my periods late except this time my abdomen is totally swollen it actually looks like im pregnant "which by the way is impossible" just wondering if anyone knows what it could be? would be a big help
