Hi i just got my 3rd tattoo on wednesday. I have an ankle band tat that i got 5 years ago and this one is just a little bit above that one. On thursday the day after getting it i had to work an 8 hour shift where i was on my feet all day...when i came home it was swollen really bad. The next day i wore ankle socks and it was swollen all above the top of the sock. Now today my whole ankle is very swollen and it seems that where the top of my sock goes right above there swells also. The tat itself is not swollen and is not red and looks good and does not look infected at all. I am just worried about the swelling this long after getting it done. I called the shop where i got it and left a message for them to call me back. Anyone think this might be something serious where i should go to a doc right away? My other 2 tats never did this.
