sweet sixteen ideas please!?

we are doing a combined sweet sixteen with my best friends and we want it to be black and white themed. we don't really have a budget so we are all open for anything no mater the price.

we need help on the little details, like invitation ideas, decorations, music, and things like pictures and such, also caterers and and a cool topsy turvey cake! also anything else you can think of would be amazing! or and party favors!!

Hand out condoms, lube, get some of those pussified wine coolers the weak biotches drink. All of that stuff. I'd get some Pokemon decorations because everyone likes Pokemons.
