Sweet 16 club/lounge locations in vancouver?

Im turning 16 in 3 months and wanted to have my sweet 16 at a club or lounge. I've looked around at a few places but they only allow 19+ so if you have any idea or other suggestions please let me know! P.S. nothing too expensive, I've saved up $600 over the last year and my mom's only paying for my dress, cake etc. THANK YOU!
