sweaty hands? please help!?

my hands get like really sweaty really easily! i dont know why but its annoying. the guy i like has tried to hold hands with me but i dont wanna cause im self consious. please help? any way to help this?


p.s. i dont normally put lotion on my hands and idk if thats a problem? just some info. thanks!
