If you look at the statments made by the governing body, they have in fact, MANY TIMES, referred to themselves as Jehovah's "prophet", then "faithful and discreet slave", now the WTS calls themselves "Jehovah's mouthpiece". Dancing around the term "prophet", huh? If you read some of that "apostate" literature that they are so fearful you'll get your hands on, you could truly experience an epiphany and realize your life is built upon - not a ROCK - but a SHAM.
CT Russel was divorced by his wife for child molestation of Rose Ball, Rutherford was a drunk, who during the Great Depression and two luxury sports cars, a mansion in San Diego, vacationed during the winter in Europe, and put the "dead prophets" on the title for the mansion he had built out of JW funds (not yet called JWs).
