Suzuki Swift 2005 won't start?

try starting the car as recommended by the owners manual. my sister had the same problem as you, i believe she is depressing the brake pedal before starting. she, had no problems since, its worth a try.
 
Hi, my swift 2005 model wont start. the engine is turning over to make a "rrrrr" noise, but won't actuallt start. i have been told it may be the fuel filter... does anyone know what may b causing the problem.
I started it in the middle of the day and moved it, but went back to iy about hours later and it wouldnt start. Thanks
