Suzuki rm to onroad max points?

ok i need some help how would i get my Suzuki rm on road in the uk. i know it can be done i dont have a clue how to start. with a daytime mot you dont need lights, obviously for the full mot you need them, thats not the problem but how do i register with the dvla ect any help would be really grateful
