suzuki katana ay50 r wont start on a 04 plate?

have rebuilt engine it run for 3days perfect then just cut out,have cleaned carb out,perfect blue strong spark.kick start working and electric start ,just losing the plot have tried every thing,any ideas would be very great full and will stop my head hurting and son nagging me
 
check your spark plug,you said it ran for three days, so if it was running rich it could have fowled out the plug, replace plug and adj. carb. to lean it out good luck
