R Ryan New member May 25, 2010 #1 I'm looking for a good starter bike and i dont have a ton of money. (I have to get a car too) I saw a 1989 gs500e that would run but would shut off in second gear. Does anyone know what is wrong with it and how much it will cost to fix it?
