The bike revs up cleanly but when the throttle is released the revs take far too long to return to idle speed.
-We have checked the throttle cable, there is a nice amount of slack and it doesn't stick at all
-The throttle butterflys are not sticking on anything and are returning to the closed position as far as we can see (The idle speed screw directly adjusts the throttle stop on the butterfly linkage)
-We have stripped the carb, cleaned all the jets, float chamber, vaccum operated sliders, venturis, butterflys and couldnt see anything wrong with the diaphrams
-When the choke is on, the RPM's hang around 5000?
