suzuki epc worldwide v2.41?

A month ago i bought a dvd of suzuki worldwide epc when i was in dubai, when i got home i installed it successfully on my pc, but when i opened it i receive this message " No licence available for application. Exiting." and then it exists. I really donno what to do and i really want this software to work. please help. how do iget the licence of this dvd. i tried contacting them in Dubai but i havent been able to receive any replly, they don even reply my emails. please help
