suzuki electrical?

A friend of mine has had many bikes over the years. He has had several Suzukis and said they have all had electrical/wiring problems and generally a lesser quality of parts. Has anyone heard this before.

My 1996 Intruder 800 went 135,000 miles with zero mechanical or electrical problems. My current one had 55,000 trouble free miles on it whaen I parked it in favor of a harley. My girlfriend's Intruder 1400 has 45,000 trouble free miles on it. By buddy has 102,000 on his 1500 LC, another has 75,000 on his.
So, in my personal experience, which includes roughly 800,000 miles on two wheels in the last 25 years, this is not at all correct. So either your friend is full of BS, or you are trolling.

Thanks for getting back on the question. Not sure what you mean by trolling.
I want to buy a bike but at my age I want it to be the best bike for me and the best bang for the buck. I'm realizing that there are too many opinions out there on what to buy. Everyone has the favoirtes for their own personal reasons. I guess I want a knowledgable person to say exactly what bike for me to buy. I need a mind reader.
