Suzuki DR200: Front brake stuck after removing disc?

Hi,

I have a 1997 Suzuki DR200. I recently removed the front wheel to replace the tube. When I went to put the wheel back, I found the front brake pads were stuck together so that I could not fit the brake disc(attached to the wheel) between the pads... Any ideas? Thanks
 
stick a screwdriver in between the pads and push em outwards.
hydraulic brakes tend to pressurize and not let go
