Suzuki crotch rockets...PLEASE HELP!!!!!?

My boyfriend is getting a new suzuki crotch rocket and he wants me to go with him when he goes to look at them but i really don't know anything about them and when i go i would kind of like to know what they are talking about. i understand size but thats about it. when it comes to the letters and stuff i get confused ex)GSX1000R or GSXR1000. i'm not sure what hes looking at but i know he doesn't want another hayabusa and i don't think he wants anything less then 1000cc. can anyone help me??? so i dont look like a complete fool when all i can tell him is what color i like.

He looks at bikes from his point of view, you look from your point of view. He doesn't want you to look at them the same way he does, then you'd just be superfluous.

In your case, you're probably going to be riding on the back, right? So have him sit on the bike and you get on the back and see how you like it. Most of the crotch-rocket type bikes are not very good for the person on the back seat, they're not really made for 2-up riding. So hopefully you will make your concerns known.

If he wants the bike just for himself, then you don't have a lot to say. But if he wants to ride with you a lot, then your comfort and feeling of safety is important.
