Suzuki - auto transmission - jerky stop?

I just had my transmission fixed for my Suzuki wagon R. Now if I drive over 30 mph when I go to stop - when I get to the line right above 0 mph it jerk/stops. If I stay below 30 mph it does not do this?

Any ideas...?? Thanks
