How easy would it be to swap some of the Lincoln parts into an f series (150 or superduty). How well would I really benefit with the ride, Would I actually be able to get close to that smooth airiness of the mark lt? What kind of work would it really require and moneywise any ballpark figures? What else is there I could do to get as best a luxurious ride as I could( Springs & shocks ect.)? Iv been looking at a lot of things revolving around these trucks.
