On the 10th of July the Washington Nationals won the May 5th suspended game over Houston. Hanrahan who was with Washington earlier this year, was the pitcher of the earlier suspended game but had since been traded. He and Milledge were traded to Pittsburgh for Morgan and Burnett. Washington scores in the next inning and is now declared the winner.
If he had been pitching when the game was suspended, since he was part of the original roster, can he be called back from Pittsburgh to continue to pitch the game?
The players he was traded for, Morgan or Burnett ,are they allowed allowed to play in the game since they were not on the original roster?
If not, then how do the Nationals fill their 25 man roster or do they play short handed?
If hes ineligible to play in the game, how can get stats from it?
