...really gets on your nerve? OK, here's my story (and please don't say I'm hating). There's a co-worker of mine that's getting under everybody's skin because she is always (and I mean always) staying over late and works everybody's shift, 1st and 2nd, to get every drop of overtime that there is to get. Her help is actually not helping at all, it's really causing a big mess. She has caused a lot of mistakes and shortages for customers. I'm not perfect (that's for sure), but I know my place as an employee and I know how far to go. Am I wrong for feeling annoyed by this person?

By the way, supervision knows of this problem but is afraid to tell this person about the overtime she's getting because she doesn't want to hurt her feelings.
