cleaned your fridge .....

I mean properly cleaned it, removing all the shelves and washing them thoroughly, not just removing the odd mouldy red pepper and wiping the sludgey bits up.

I do mine regularly whenever my mother visits, which luckily for me is about every 12 months seeing as she lives in a different country (she's landing at 4pm tomorrow - guess what I was doing today)
