Does anyone know a good calculating device to tell me how many carbs I need a day, Minimum for dieting and maximum for high activity, stuff like that.
I'm a petite female, 21, moderately active, trying to build lean muscle and lower my body fat as low as safe. I need to know about how many carbs I should be taking in for a ~low~ carb diet. I'm in the process of cutting out breads, rice, pasta and such (as I eat through my last groceries, haha) but I havn't omitted any carbs, yet, from fruits and veggies.
