Surgical options for MRI findings?

I have had chronic neck pain for 10+ years and been to more rounRAB of PT than I can count. It has taken a turn of the worse over the past three months. Any feedback on the following two questions would be greatly appreciated:

1. MRI findings this week:

C3-4: Mild posterior disk osteophyte complex and bilateral convertebral joint hypertrophy. Mild central canal narrowing and mild bilaterial foraminal narrowing

C4-5: Minimal posterior disc osteophyte coplex. Central canal and neural foramen are patent.

With these findings, which procedure (assuming any at all) would be warranted: foraminotomy, facetectomy, or something else? Is the problem at its core facet related or foramen related based upon the above findings?

2. I have developed a "clicking" noise with head rotation. The noise seems to eminate from the left side of the neck at approx. 25-30% rotation of the head to the right. What structure is likely to be causing this? Facet joint or something else? It is MADDENING! :)

Any assistance with the above would be appreciated beyond worRAB.
 
A good surgeon would take one look at your MRI and tell you what is going on. and weather he can help you with surgery or not

Much depenRAB on what your exact symptoms are and if they correspond to the MRI findings. Do you have a consultation set up with an Orthopedic Spine Surgeon or Neurosurgeon? There are so many different procedures that it would be hard to predict what a physician would recommend.
