Surge problem on a 2002 Toyota 4runner ?

I am working on a 2002 4 Runner that has a surge problem I can't figure out. It is surging at part throttle and is not an engine miss. It has new OEM plugs and wires. If I unplug MAF sensor surge goes away. I replaced it with a new after market MAF sensor and still surges like before. Throttle Position Sensor shows good as well as oxygen sensors and no codes. I will appreciate any ideas...
 
I had a Nissan truck that did the same think. The TPS checked out good, but I changed it anyway since I was getting frustrated and the problem went away. Good luck.
