To you, which is MORE important for a Supreme Court Justice to consider when rendering a Constitutional Decision.

Constitutional Precedent?
Brig; I would not say "any", since Justice Alito would disagree (as would Justices, Thomas and Scalia, and the Chief Justice of the United States Roberts).
