Supervisor's comment on annual job evaluation?

Even though I met all of my supervisor's expectations, I feel that her perception of my work style is not the correct one. She recommended I attend a team building training (even though she states in my evaluation, that I am a good team player) but that she has observed that I like to work alone and be focused only in my area. I mentioned to her that this is not who I am, nor is this the way I perform in my work. Furthermore, I gave her examples of the different times in which I have been a very supportive and pro-active team member (from which I got the sense she was not aware of or simply forgot) I would like to respond to my evaluation, but don't know exactly how. I would like my response to be simple yet direct and most of all a reflection of the kind of valuable employee that I am.

p.s. I am a library assistant

I think you are reading too much into your supervisors comments.
- they have to present areas that you need improvement. It goes back to- no one is perfect.

Attending team building training sound fun to me.
