Supertooth Visor One Bluetooth iPhone 3g help!!!!?

I have a Supertooth Visor One Bluetooth and it connected straight away with my other phone, however I simply can't get it to find my iPhone and my iPhone will not find the Supertooth. I know they are compatible - it's the main reason I bought it! Can someone pleasehelp me? Thanks
