So.... I'm going to my local library in about an hour and I need some good books to borrow. I'll list the authors/books I like and dislike so I'll get better answers.
My favourite author is Jeaniene Frost (I fuuuuucken loveeeeee her!) and I also like MaryJanice Davidson (but her's was more of a chick flick more than action) and I really like the series Anita Blake (before she turned into a whore--it was just pointless sex, boring). I also like Rachel Vincent's Werecat series--I've tried her other series (Soul Screamers, I think) but I didn't like it. I recently read "Let the right one in" by some Sweden author and I really loved it--lot's of action. Basically any great books with action/bloody scenes and romance, maybe? Also lots of description but not too much to get boring--I need inspiration to help me write.
I've also read the House of Night but I started to hate it and stopped the series when Zoe slept with someone other than her boyfriend. Plus, I loved the first book of the Sookie Stackhouse series but that I just got bored with it. I've read Interview with the Vampire and I thought it was pretty cool but I wasn't able to get into the rest of the series.
So, if you could list some good books, please, that would be awesome.
