SuperChip in a Toyota Celica GTS?

I have a 2000 celica gts (VVTL-I engine) and I don't know much about chips. I know a couple of things they do but I really want to know about where it is located and what else do I have to modify or buy once I install the chip. Is g-force a good brand?? Will a chip really make a difference (that i can feel)?? I already have a cold air intake in the car.
