Downloaded Super street fighter 4 Arcade Edition on the PSN store, and its not updating my disc based copy of Super Street Fighter 4?!
I have a copy of super street fighter 4 for the PS3, which I have been playing for a while with no issues. I downloaded Arcade edition (DLC from disc based addons on the PSN USA store for $9.99) today, which was 1578mb. It was under the games section of the xmb. I pressed triangle, and then chose install. It installed the game successfully, and the setup file (1578mb) disappeared. The disc still read super street fighter 4. I opened the game, and I saw no changes at all. It didn't say arcade edition on the press start button screen, and did not have the yellow arcade edition logo on the main menu either. Neither of the new characters are available (E.ryu, Oni, and the twins). What am I doing wrong? Shouldn't it be updated to AE? All help is appreciated.
Oh, and my my firmware is up to date (V 4.00). It says its up to date, when I choose system update.
Oh and I saw another super street fighter 4 file in the game data folder (1578mb), the other file being the one from installing the game to the hdd. The disc still read super street fighter 4. I have a ps3 (fat) 80gb model.
