Sunset Boulevard

Sunset Boulevard or Sunset Blvd.? Anyway, it's one of my favourite - if not the favourite - films ever and it's been re-released on DVD. I have the Paramount Classics version with the commentary and docs, etc. and am wondering if anyone who has the new one can tell me of the extras, is it any different or, rather like The Red Shoes, is it exactly the same release just in different clothes?

They are going to make it again as the musical version, but think they cant decide who should play Norma.

Think Glenn Close is the front runner though

I've taken a look online but all that gets listed is a reproduction film poster which may be very nice but I ain't buying it again just for that! :p

Ooooh, you just mentioned one of my favourite films of all time. Don't you just love the beginning when she mistakes him for the undertaker for her pet monkey? What fantastic foreshadowing that scene was.

"He always liked fires and poking at them with a stick."
