Fresh spring rolls, or deep fried?

We are Queenslanders.

We're the people that they breed tough, north of the border.

We're the ones that they knock down, and we get up again."

Fresh! Home made. Sadly Dave left then another tried to come in but left.
Was good for a bit! Thats partly why we send chat notes. It's to let
others know if there's any there.

I like them with shrimp. I put peeled shrimp in a vac bag with some sesame
oil and garlic, vac down, marinate for a day, then gently boil the bag till
the shrimp turn pink. Then I split the shrimp lengthwise and lay them into
the wrapper so they form a nice symmetrical visible row. I serve it with
either spicy peanut sauce, a mixture of hoisin sauce and a little milk, or
some duck sauce.

How did you make yours? Do you use round or square wrappers?
