summr working out for sports?

I am 14 years old going into the 9th grade. I am 5'2 100 pounds. I rty to run every morning. I do the following workouts;
Monday:
Chest
Back/Shoulders
Legs
Tuesday:
Abs
Arms
THEN REPEAT

if i do this evry single day will i be stronger any tips
