ok so i received a summons for credit card bill. i do not deny that i owe them and it is still within the statute of limitations. so i am unemployed at the moment and i own no property and no money in accounts. do i call them and talk to them or just sit and let it go through? if i did call them i would be able to give 500 dollars and i owe 1300.
