i run 3 miles in the morning, then later on in noon time i do dibbling drills and defnse drills, then shoot 1000 jump shots, and 500 leftie layups since i''m right handed, and then i hit the weight room... can any tell me if this is a good procedure to do over the summer so i can get better for the next year, please feel free to remove or add anything that u feel i should work on
