Summer Program Financial Aid?

Hey guys, I applied to the Columbia University High School Summer Program in NYC, but my problem is that I didn't notice that it costs $3,000, I really want to go, is there anyway to get financial aid for summer programs?
 
Financial aid for education is for tuition of college students to pay for tuition. If your parents are willing to co-sign for you you could get a private loan. Or better yet, get a job.
