okay, my friend and i are doing summer makeovers for each other. My friend has silky blonde hair that is a little past her shoulders and it's kinda plain and boring. She wants to get it highlighted with browns and reds. She is a little on the chubby side and she's really short. She also has a little bit of acne and has pale skin. She also has blue eyes. I need help with coming up with her makeover plan. What to do with her hair, make up tips, etc. If you have any pitcures that will be great. I want her to look GREAT at the end of the summer. Please help!!!!
