Summer financial aid 2010 (pell grant)?

I heard you can have financial aid in the summer starting in 2010. I was told by my school that I qualify. I went full time in the fall and spring. I was wondering does anyone know where the extra funding is coming from? Is it going to limit how much we receive this fall? I plan on taking only six hours in summer if I go. I usually do most of my hours in spring and fall semesters cause summer limited on which classes are available. Just wondering if anyone knows the guidelines on how the financial aid is being worked for summer semester. Thanks
