Summer camps near Texas with no religious affiliations.?

I'm looking for a camp for a 13 year old. Preferably a sleep-away camp. Preferably coed. Preferably 1-3 weeks. Preferably horseback riding. These are things that NEED to be in it-

1- Either in Texas or in a neighboring state near the border between Texas and that state
2- No religious affiliations
3- Water sports
4- Be willing to accept applications to the camp in February-March
