Summer Camp...need help...friends, boys?

Ok, im going to this camp were bascially if your not popular then you are rejected (sad isnt it). I LOVE it there but havnt had the best friend experiences. Last year I was a little geeky and a bit of a loser and I was made fun of. I've improved my wardrobe (it was bad) and become more personable, but im still afraid. Any tips on how to make friends fast and be popular. Also, im horrible at flirting and there are a lot of hot guys at the camp...and suggestions???
