Summer camp? Boarding Stables?

Okay so my uncle has a four acre plot of land. It's totally empty except for a run-down cottage.It's totally flat. He wants to use it for something but doesn't care what. My idea was to outfit it for a summer camp sorta thing where people can bring their own horses. We'd offer guided trail rides and lessons. What would we need, buildings wise, to start? And would we need to have a few of our own horses? And tack? Just any tips on how to do this would be great. any ideas, suggestions, just anything. This is something i really want to do! thanks!
 
well as long as you are experianced with horses...............
the idea sounds great.. but you need to make sure everyone signs something... and you need to do stuff with the tax n gov. and stuff....
How old are you? if you did lessons you would need a lisence for that... Tack would be a great option a 4 stall barn would be good too and an acre pasture with a walk in stall too.... water sources needed!!! keave some trees up for cover too...
