Summer Camp activities...???????

I agree with all the above comments, and I wouldn't have commented if I had not seen one girl said "teach them how to rear."

NEVER. EVER. EVER. Teach ANY HORSE how to rear. It's DANGEROUS. I don't CARE if it's fun for you, what happens down the road when you sell this horse and suddenly, you get a call saying the little girl you sold your sweet, gentle horse to, reared on her and actually ended up severely hurting her, or even killing her? Rearing is a TERRIBLE thing to teach horses, let alone campers. I knew a girl who taught her horse to rear, and yes, it can be fun on occasion, but it can also be downright dangerous.

All this week I'm doing a camp program with 2 ten year old girls. They each have a horse that they ride for 1-2 hours (from 9-11) in the morning. And the rest of the day (till 2) is just spent with the horses and doing crafts. For today they rode, bathed two horses, had lunch, walked around and fed the horses treats, painted and decorated horse shoes, groomed another horse, and then learned to clean tack.
After the first day I've run out of ideas for things for them to do...lol. I've never been a very creative person and I can't think of what I could do with them.
What are some ideas, both on the horse and off...?
I have four horses of my own that the campers can play with.
I forgot to mention that these girls have no experience whatsoever with riding horses. So only walking and trotting with a leadline for now...lol
