I wonder if you know about a news source that would meet these rough requirements:
Daily/weekly summary
1-3 pages, very high level
Includes primarily major news events (Missouri tornado, oil spill, unrest in Lybia, US wide,...)
I've been trying to search, but not finding much. Maybe I've got the wrong search terms?
I'd love a really short Economist, or a condensed New York Times, but not a list of "top stories" that is updated hourly like Google News does.
