I have a community tropical freshwater tank. In it is Guppies, Platies, Bumblebee Gobies, Swordtails, Danios, Various Tetras, Blue rams, Japonica Shrimp, Sailfin Plec. AND 4 Silver Dollars. I've arranged to return the Dollars back to my LFS as they ate all of my plants except for the Java Fern within a week of introducing them. I've had them for about six months now, and the lack of live plants is starting to give me algae problems, namely the black fluffy algae (old mans beard/red algae?).
Anyway, I was going to replace them with Angelfish, but I think they'll attack my Guppies/Bumblebees/tetras. Has any body got any ideas what fish I could put in?
I want a decent sized fish (not as large as dollars get!) as everything else is quite small.
Any ideas Guys?

JUST GO GET LIKE A REALLY BIG SHARK FISH AND PUT IT IN THERE WITH THEM. THE SHARKS AND THEM USUALLY GET ALONG. I HAD THEM IN MY TANK. IF YOU GO TO THE STORE THEY CAN TELL YOU ACTUALLY WHAT IT IS CALLED CUZ I KNOW IT ISNT SHARK, BUTTA YEA, THEY WOULD SEEM LIKE A GOOD FISH FOR YOU.

Gouramis (spelling?)
of any kind.

Look around.

(they're intelligent, about the same size of angelfish... and not nearly as aggressive.. come in good array of colors)
