Probably your company's name, assuming the contract breach was a company related contract.

It basically comes down to this question; In what capacity did you sign the contract? As a private citizen/party, or in your capacity as President/owner/whatever of your company?
 
...my companies name on suit? I am suing this imbecile who breached a NDA and I have all the proof I need. In the contract he signed it clearly states that any breach will be remedied with an automatic $3500 plus any damages, and an injunction. Your help is appreciated

When I file should I file with my companies name on the suit or just my name , or both.
