suing a motor bike company?

hi! i own a bike..which is 6 months old...the bike vibrates a lot..it is not that the vibration of bike has just stared ...it was from the first day..but the authorized service center fooled me by saying that this is a normal bike...few days ago i took a test drive of my friend's bike..it had no vibration..this time i went to the service dealer which was quite far from my house expecting that they would mend my bike..they kept my bike for a day and only 25% vibration became less...i again went to them and they started saying that the bike is normal....that day too they tried to mend my bike but nothing happened....and the service dealer even make us fill a form in which it is written about full customer satisfaction..i said i am not satisfied then also they made me sign that form..i guess the bike has manufacture problem..can my bike be replaced?? ..please help....if you can!!... the warranty of the bike is for 1 year!! help..thanks for your help....!!!
