How would you / is it possible to sue a court.
Bearing in mind that courts are essentially run for profit corporations as proven by being listed as such at Dunn & Bradstreet, (if you can obtain a D & B credit report its a business).
If you have or believe you have a common law case against the court in question( in this case its a magistrates court) where can you bring this case.
Any ideas on this would be appreciated.
If they have acted against the law cannot a higher court set things straight?
Yes in this case the court have not acted illegaly but unlawfully and have broken the English common law
