Here is my situation:
I currently have verizon for service; however my contract expired 6 months ago so I'm no longer locked into it. Most of my friends have verizon so the IN calling is a plus. I call NYC from Boston every night though usually after 9:00pm. so these are influences in my decision.
I am looking for a phone (would prefer a smart-phone but have no use for it besides the fact that it's cool) I would like it to have a decent camera, and Video recording capability for playback on a PC (so fairly high Rez)I don't need an Mp3 player (thats what the Ipod is for) but the ability to take Mp3's off my computer and use as ringtones would be beneficial (i realize that most services don't allow this, but I'm not against hacking the phone as i did with my Audiovox 8900) I need a phone with very good reception as my house is notorious for dropping calls. It's not a necessity that i stay with Verizon however i do enjoy the fact that I never worry about minutes.
So any suggestion about Phones for Verizon that fit the bill, or Another carrier that will fit my needs I'd appreciate it.
