Suggestions in changing diet/exercise?

I'm 14 years old, about 95 pounds. I'm pretty small for my age and lately I've been thinking that I, obviously, wanna keep it that way. I don't do much exercise, maybe go for a run once or twice a week and, though I'm not much of an excessive eater, I admit I eat pretty junky when I do eat and I know that I have to start changing my ways since I'm not very active, but I barely have a clue on where to start. Any suggestions of diets or rules I should follow or should I not really worry? Any ideas or thoughts appreciated, thanks!
